I’ve focused on helping candidates land the right roles and supporting clients with exceptional people.

Previously, as a Senior Associate at INSIDE, I specialised in contract recruitment within the Business Transformation & Digital space. Now at ONSIDE, I work with growth-stage and scaling businesses to find the right people to support their next phase of development.

My approach is hands-on, personal, and flexible. I work as an extension of my clients’ teams, stepping in wherever needed - whether that’s managing the full search or supporting specific parts of the process. I focus on building strong relationships and ensuring both clients and candidates feel confident every step of the way.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outdoors! My husband and I love exploring the islands on our classic Kiwi Sea Nymph boat. I also volunteer at the SPCA on weekends, working with dogs - a cause close to my heart. Through the SPCA, we adopted our two cats, Archie and Louie, who are quite possibly the most spoiled cats in New Zealand!
