Before I got into recruitment, I spent over 20 years in the military and another decade in the police. Those careers shaped how I work today: I read people well, I build trust fast and understand what motivates someone. I know when something feels right, and when it doesn’t, and I help clients and candidates make decisions with confidence, not pressure.

Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring new spots around Aotearoa, out on the Ducati, or with the grandkids. And yes, occasionally getting talked into a video or two. Balance, right?
