The Role
We're looking for a Team Concierge - someone practical, approachable, and ready to be the "go-to" person who helps the team and our customers every day.
This is a support role - you won't be leading a function, but you will take ownership of the small things that make a big difference. From greeting visitors with a warm welcome to helping the team get a programme day off the ground, you'll be part of what makes the Icehouse experience run smoothly.
It's a great fit if you love variety, enjoy being helpful, and take pride in doing the little things really well.
What you'll do
- Welcome and host customers, visitors, and partners
- Make barista-quality coffee (training provided if needed!)
- Support the team with daily tasks - printing, packing, ordering supplies, setting up rooms
- Help with learning programmes and events - AV set-up, catering, signage, name tags
- Keep shared spaces tidy and well-stocked (kitchen, meeting rooms, lounge areas)
- Troubleshoot small tech hiccups or escalate if needed
- Hospitality or customer service experience
- Reliable, positive, and approachable - you enjoy helping others succeed
- Attention to detail and follow-through on small tasks
- Comfortable with basic tech (WiFi resets, printers, screen sharing)
- A can-do, "pitch in" mindset
- Bonus points if you have:
- Barista skills or an interest in learning
- Experience in an office, coworking, or event support role
- An interest in supporting business owners and learning programmes
